sydney 0 Posted September 13, 2016 (edited) I have a DHI-NVR4216-P that I used to be able to access via the iDMSS (iPhone) app over P2P. We recently renovated and have moved back and now it's not working - getting the "failed to connect" error in iDMSS. I can access the cameras via Internet Explorer easy4ip.com ok. Can also access the NVR via its IP locally. My cable service IP address has changed, but P2P should be able to overcome that? P2P is setup correctly on the NVR as far as I can see (screenshot attached). IP address settings are ok. Anything else I need to do? Thanks in advance.
