riley3245 0 Posted September 17, 2016 Hey everyone. I'm in the process of finalizing a security system and with the help of Boogieman. Was able to choice a good set of cameras. I think the only thing left is for me to choose a NVR . Below are the possible cameras I am ordering next week. 1 PTZ http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10563_i8491.html (so far top pick) http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10561_i8487.html http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10563_i11756.html 5 dome or bullet cameras http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10508_i7593.html (so far top pick) http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10508_i7593.html http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10532_i7566.html http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10533_i7698.html http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10533_i7579.html I plan on getting either 1 PTZ camera for the front. It will be set up to record a specific area. I just want the option to move the camera if I need to focus on a different area when I am home or away using my phone. I settled on this system, but if anyone thinks there are better outdoors cameras please don't hesitate to let me know. These are the few NVR's I was think about. I would like the option to record for about a week and than record over old footage. Again I'm new to this so if this isn't how it is done let me know. I had a $3500 budget set aside for this, so if there is a better NVR out there I'm all ears. First pick https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1133775-REG/hikvision_ds_7608ni_e2_8p_2tb_8_channel_nvr_poe_2sata.html Others http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10649_i8726.html http://www.hikvision.com/us/Products_1_10649_i8725.html Thanks again and have a great weekend everyone.
