Pelco Spectra IV SE DD427-X not work after download

HI, I have 2 Pelco Spectra IV DD427-X which are not working now after pre-installed. The camera connected to laptop using Endura Utilities to test the H.264 TXB IP Pend communication module and assign IP address. I connected a CCTV test monitor to the video coaxial cable on Back Box Circuit Board. The dome drive start and configuration completed. Then after 20 second it show "download". Then it reboot and went dead. The second one same thing happen. Please help. Thank you
