lostwong 0 Posted September 24, 2016 Hi Gurus, Recently bought a EZVIZ C2C camera from china. Model: CS-C2C-31WFR-B I have a few issue needing help 1. I am able to add the camera into my LAN using the ezviz ios app. but not able to complete the setup and add the device to ezviz app. Using the web fails with error "Device is not connected to the service, please check the network" 2. trying to change the LBS by refering to http://www.cctvforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=42335 But I can't telnet in.. 3. I was thinking I might have chance if I am able to update the firmware to the latest English version. Any idea where I can download the firmware? Currently I can connect using HKvision iVMS-4000 4. I am currently using Synology Surveillance Camera 7.2 Any way to make it work with my Ezviz C2C? This is my main objective. Help Please
tomcctv 190 Posted September 24, 2016 Hi. Why would you want to buy a China cloud service camera ?? You will find its your firewall that is not allowing your camera to connect .... And it's doing its job as ezviz will put a big hole in your personal network. As far as English update ??? Hi. It cost you a few $. .... Put in the bin Fluorite private cloud agreement Is your camera protocol you can't change that. It's a China p2p camera .... You buy as a security camera but it does not bother anyone buying this cheap crap and allowing your network to be open to a China company ( government owned)
