Hikvision showing auth. failed POE ds-2cd3t45-i5

trying to get a set of Hikvision ip cams POE to pick up on my mini style nvr

 

it sees the cameras ips but for some reason the ip address of them are the same 192.168.1.64

 

im using the username admin

password 12345

 

(not sure if these are correct, found username/password online)

cameras bought from aliexpress

 

the default port on the cameras is 80, but have been reading somewhere that it needs to be 8000 ?

if i change the port number i get net error

 

camera model is ds-2cd3t45-i5

 

any ideas ?
