Help! Problems with ezviz c2s chinese camera.

recently i bought a camera ezViz c2s on aliexpress. the model is cs-c2s-31wpfr. The firmware is 5.1.6. I download the EzViz application and i have tried many times to connect to my wifi but at the end of the process i get this error: can`t connect to services ezViz. I Download the application IVMS-4200 Hikvision, and I can see the camera, but I can´t configure it remotely. I have a router Technicolor TG789vn v3. Also i tried to connect to ezviz via web but i can´t too.

 

Please help meeee! I've tried everything

Hi. These cameras are not worth the problems you get.

 

Ok you have wasted a little money ..... But as talked about before on here ... Remove everything from your network and reset router and buy something better
