Prakash1206 0 Posted October 4, 2016 Hi all, i wanted to know if SriCam or DkVision camera can be opened in 3rd party software. http://www.amazon.in/Sricam-Wireless-indoor-Security-support/dp/B0180MU0DQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1475564627&sr=1-1&keywords=sricam http://www.amazon.in/Dkvision-360%C2%B0-enabled-Antenna-Camera/dp/B01D625OFY?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t i went through reviews, i guess its closed system camera, so it work only in the software that manufacturer provide . i'm wondering if i can get the streaming path/http URL (for PTZ control, 2-way Audio, Video) of that camera using "Onvif Device Manager" Kindly share your thoughts. Thanks with warm regards, Prakash

tomcctv 190 Posted October 4, 2016 as per my observation, onvif enabled cameras do not support 3rd party software! am i correct? That is the idea of onvif .... That it does ...... But sellers use it as a sales pitch .... Look for the onvif membership You are looking at $20 PTZ cameras THEY DO NOT EXIST. There is not much anyone can say about junk
