Sync PTZ VIDEO to nvr SCREEN

Hi anyone can help me regarding the connection between my hikvision ds1100k to hikvision nvr.. the setting or configuration from keyboard has been setup.. my problem now is i cannot sync the PTZ video to my BIG SCREEN MONITOR which is connected to my HIKVISION nvr H.265... is there any cables or wiring that i need to connect between the keyboard ds 1100k to nvr..

U think i need the PoE injector or RS232 CABLE or just a regular network switcher to sync the video from HIKVISION ptz camera to big screen.

I would appreciate a lot if u can advice me on this ..

I been working on it for 3 days now.. but still i cannot sync the video..
