cctvnoobie1 0 Posted October 15, 2016 Hi, I bought a Kare 4 channel CCTV kit with 4 cameras and a DVR. I am aware that amongst all the different brands of CCTV kits, they are all very similar running a similar OS. In fact these boxes remind me of Enigma on the Dreamboxes! Is there a way to manage the general configuration of the DVR settings from a desktop app, or could I install a web interface to do it? Could a config file be edited via FTP? There is a limited viewing interface on Port 80, but this is useless and only has viewing options. Really a desktop app would be suited as its very difficult trying to edit the settings in the environment where the DVR and TV are located. This may be obvious to some of you experienced users, but I am more experienced with IP cams such as Foscam. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
