scottransell 0 Posted October 18, 2016 I'm sure someone has brought this up before but don't seam to be able to find this problem. I have twelve hikvision DS-2CD2032-1 CAMERAS AS WELL AS A DS-7616NI-E2 NVR one of the problems I am having is I can get the cameras and NVR on my I phone 6 with wifi but the minute I leave my house I can't get nothing. If I go to someones house it times out. I have it port forward with everything I need but still have this issue. Also second problem is using DNNS with hikvision when I log onto it I only get one camera. I have deleted this NVR and installed it but the serial number I put into changes to a different number then what I put in to the line. Anyone have this problem I am not the best at computers but have some knowledge of most stuff. any help would be really appreciated here thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
