IP Camera for streaming audio and video in a church

I am a security dealer looking to provide a local church with an IP based camera mounted in the balcony of the sanctuary so that home bound members may view and hear the sermons from home. The church currently has a high speed business internet line. I am unsure of the speed. I am looking for camera makes and models that would fit this application. Any suggestions?

Yes. Stop thinking of this as a security project. It's not. It's an AV project. The simplest and best way to do this is record the video and webcast it using windows media server.
