TB03830 0 Posted October 26, 2016 How far I run a single CAT5e line with a POE Camera system when I have 4-8 cameras run into a POE splitter then single line to a House. jeromephone 6 Posted December 4, 2016 You can use a feed of approx 300 feet to an 8 port poe switch and then run another 300 feet to your devices that you want to power up. THe feed from the nvr area does not need to be POE. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
