shawn6542 0 Posted October 27, 2016 I have a 4 camera CCTV system with a DVR all cameras are connected with cat5 to the DVR the problem is that on all the cameras there are vertical rolling rainbow lines. I have tried to keep the cables as far away from power lines as I can but the lines do not go away each run is around 40 feet I have heard that if you use cat5 you need to use baluns do you think they would fix the problem? Thanks for your help
