Backing up NVR to USB flash. OK button remains greyed out.

Hello All,

 

I am having problems backing up a few hours of video to a USB drive. My NVR is Samsung SRN-472S

I have included a picture of the options I get when I choose backup in the options.

 

The external USB flash drive is instantly recognised. After I choose the date, time and cam one the OK button at the bottom is still greyed out.

 

I noticed near the bottom it says PATH and these numbers change to match the starting point to back up but when I enter the END info at the top these do not show up in the path at the bottom. I don’t really understand what PATH is for.

 

There is also a drop down menu next to TYPE giving me the option of NVR or SEC I’ve tried both and still the ok button is greyed out.

 

I have also tried using another USB flash.
