Please help! Desperately need camera replacement.

I haven't been able to find an exact replacement camera for my Lorex LH130 ECO2 SERIES system locally.

 

The Lorax support site says to use the Recording Resolution to find replacement camera (NTSC: 360x240 (CIF), 720x240 (HD1), 720x480 (D1)).

I’m guessing that I need a 720 camera so then I found a Swann PRO-A850 - 720P Multi-Purpose Day/Night Security Camera which appears to me like it should work, but I can’t get it to work. I tried to change settings in the DVR and still nothing worked.
