It is now in bootloop and after showing the logo and beeped 15 times, it loops itself, and I couldn't find the firmware for DS-7608N-I2 device. Securame 0 Posted November 19, 2016 DS-7608N-I2 is a chinese model. I do not know where you are from, but unless you are from China, Hikvision will not give you any support on that unit. You will have to look for a chinese firmware and "hack" it to english. I would try to contact whoever sold you that unit and see if they can send you the firmware.
