q-see where exactly is the notorious fan noise coming from?

I have a q-see system I bought from costco over a year ago. I read reviews and researched it before I bought it. I was expecting fan noise just by the reviews but it came highly recommended here. The first night I could here the fan noise but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I decide to live with it but for the past couple of months the noise is getting worse.

At this point the noise is ridiculously loud. it sound like the fan is off axis or a bearing is damage.

I would like to know if the noise is from the psu fan, case fan or is it the hdd?

Only fan my 918 model has is on the processor, nothing for the HDD.

Mine was the case fan.
