hesral 0 Posted December 9, 2016 Hi I am trying to export video with xprotect smart client. I have a fisheye camera, that is set up with the included fisheye setup in milestone xprotect essential server(the new free one). I want to export a zoomed view to an avi video. The view is both rotated and zoomed. If I take a snapshot, the resulting image file is rotated and zoomed. If I export to still images or avi, I get the full image as it is streamed from the camera. No rotation, and no zoom. So the problem is: How do I get xprotect smart client to export video in zoomed and rotated form when the camera is set up as a fisheye camera? I tried turning off the fisheye setting in the server. I then used the digital zoom and got the avi out in paned and zoomed format. Then I used ffmpeg to rotate the image. What I wanted was almost a 90 degree rotation, so this will work for now. But I was wondering, for future exports, if anybody have a solution for this problem?
