No Startup Menu, Mouse or Remote input

Help please!

 

Just connected an ECCE 8ch DVR, 6704T. Installed HD. On power up getting a multicolored vertical display switching to the ECCE Logo for a split second and then camera's display.

 

DVR auto boots every minute or so.

 

Not getting any startup menu or any other display. Mouse and Remote no workee either.

 

I have tried a different mouse, different HD and unplugged cameras. Same results.

 

Any suggestions from the pro's out their greatly appreciated.
