CnM Secure DVR

I'm new to the forum and wondered if anybody might be able to help.

 

I am trying to setup a 'CnM Secure' DVR for somebody so they can access it through their iPad when away.

 

I have been able to get it to work through Internet Explorer on a PC over the Internet, but not through the iPad with the mEye app. Unlike other posters, I cannot seem to find any reference to a 'media' or 'mobile' port in DVR setup, either by accessing the DVR directly or by clicking on the 'System Config' option within the web server. I also cannot find any 'extra stream' to enable.

 

If anybody could tell me what needs to be done to make it work, or just confirm that it cannot be done I would be really grateful. It seems as if CnM are no longer functioning, and a review of the archived pages on archive.org did not yield any useful information.
