resently i have a lot of viruss in my costemers tvt dvrs

and i need to update the firmware of the dvr to fix the problem.

evry time i need to contact my supplyer for the firmware update.

do samone know from were i ken download the firmware myself ?

Hello i install a TVT dvr Model:TD-2716AS-C to a client and 4 times i had problem in the same dvr.I stacks in the begin and it shows only "please wait".

I send it to my supplier and he told me that he install and the 4 times new firmware and two times he changed the motherboard.

The problem began at the of November of 2016.

The dvr was working properly from July of 2016.

I m asking here in this topic because i saw that someone else has also problem with dvr the same period that my clients dvr also had.

Does the firmware has any problem?

Also i install and a ups system to provent for electrical problems.

Have you got any idea what it might be?
