jkay5665 0 Posted December 24, 2016 Can someone help me install this Panasonic BL-C131 to AT&T's Arris NVG599 router? I couldn't do it in automatic mode because I don't think this router supports UPnP so I did it in Static mode with Port 5000 open. I just don't know if I opened the port correctly. The camera works when it's wired but won't work wirelessly and the LED light on the camera is flashing red. Also, I'm using an old laptop with Windows Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 51cent 8 Posted December 24, 2016 johnny, after configuring the camera wired, did you reboot/restart the camera? Wireless won't work until you do. Also check to make sure the camera supports your router encryption. I have a different model Panasonic that only supports wep. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jkay5665 0 Posted December 25, 2016 Hello 51cent, thanks for the reply. Yes I did restart the camera. My camera supports wpa and so does the router. Back then I used to call Panasonic for support and they would fix it really quick but now that the camera is discontinued, Panasonic won't give any tech support for it.
