jisaac 0 Posted June 17, 2006 I just wanted to give FM systems a plug. I have a camera master 2 that I got from them but that is not what I wanted to plug. Their tech support is awesome! Ya know if they wanted to they could answer the questions about how to use their equipment and then end the call. And they would have done their job and done it well. Heck allot of manufacturers do not even do that very well. But they will help you with using their product and anything else they can help you with. Those guys especially wess and don are extremely smart and extremely willing to help you out with any support issue. Ex. I called to clarify how to measure for ground loop on the camera master 2 when I was at the monitor end. We measured for that. And they could have said thank you very much. Nope they walked me through all kinds of tricks and ways to test my cable and every other possible thing that could have been causing the issue I was having. And none of the additional help had anything to do with supporting the product I bought. They were genuilly concerned with helping me solve the problem I had. And not just answering a quick question. That kind of level of support is un heard of! And even if you think you do not need to buy any of their equipment; it would be worth buying their equipment just to get to talk to these guys. Much thanks to FM Systems for outstanding support and genuine concern for helping. I would definitely highly recommend these guys!
