GadgetAssistant 0 Posted January 3, 2017 Hello. If the device keeps rebooting, it could be either a power or hard drive issue. You probably should avoid any sort of firmware update until you fix the reboot issue. If the DVR decides to reboot in the middle of a firmware update, you will most likely brick it. wesam_az 0 Posted January 6, 2017 thanks for your reply I tried to check power supply by multimeter , connected this power supply to another hikvision dvr it works normally, replaced the power supply of another hikvision DVR (same model) which is working fine, with my DVR and this didn't solve the problem. I removed the HDDs and nothing changed I think the problem in the firmware , that's why I'm asking how to install firmware from command line Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
