I was charged about £110 a camera and have concerns about whether I was ripped off. tomcctv 190 Posted January 3, 2017 Hi. Yes it could be expensive. But other things have to be taken into account. Is £110 fitted ?? If so you have cable cost ....and that changes for each camera distance. Are the cameras set at a hight ?? Above ladder range. And also what warranty and service is offered. AHD cameras are the cheapest ..... But you can also have quad cameras that will do AHD CVI TVI and Analog and there around £60 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
almelst 1 Posted January 3, 2017 I've tried some "quad mode" cameras, but it seems they are "jacks of all trades, but masters of none". Picture is considerably lower quality in both analog and HD modes than on "single mode" cameras. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
