Maestro132 0 Posted January 5, 2017 Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with infrared cctv camera displaying a very bight and distorted picture in any light condition. I have so far 3 cameras attached to a dvr. two of them are the ir cameras which are having the problems and the other one is a mini colour camera no ir which displays perfect picture. i can be certain the the dvr is not the problem, neither are the bnc cables. anyone know why i am experiencing this issue? thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GadgetAssistant 0 Posted January 5, 2017 Hello. Consider setting both those camera channels back to default to undo any adjusting that might have been attempted to get back to square one. The first camera, you might want to remove its hood if it is removable or just sliding it back. It is indoors and would be OK without it. Also, angling it down so the ceiling is not so much in its view might help with the wash out during the day and the halo it is getting in the dark. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

tomcctv 190 Posted January 6, 2017 Hi. You are showing the IE screen ...... The cameras settings will not alter the camera from there. Go to dvr screen click on a camera then right click and go to colour settings .....go to bottom and click advanced and set to normal then click out and click back into colour settings and alter brightness and contrast to your best image Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
