Hi i'm installing 4 cctv cam at my office there is this company ca-me quote $1180 no brand and surveillance zone cctv singapore quote me $1250 avtech cam and dvr both are hd system which one should i go for any advice?

4 cameras in an office , shouldnt cost more than 900 with best equipment on the market , 2 megapixel hikvision unless using ip cameras , 4 mega it would be arround 1500$ .
