A good deal for what it is - a sub assembly (as per your referenced part number) - the most expensive piece of the puzzle for sure... but without a back box (and ideally a lower dome and mount) it's an expensive paper weight. See if there isn't more available - otherwise expect to pay hundreds more for some back box, lower dome, and some mounting hardware. See above link - it's full of info.
