I have a client who has the above DVR installed, this was inherited with the system that was already in place when they took up residence. They have had a burglary and require the footage from the CCTV but they do not know the password. Is there a way to reset the password without losing the footage or is it possible to remove the HDD and install it in a PC as a secondary drive to retrieve the data?
