bentech 1 Posted February 2, 2017 Hi , I'm having problem with 2 Hik cams (DS-2CD2132F) , image is orange (Cam # 12 & 15). I want to reset/restore them to their default values . Can I do it with iVMS or connecting to the IP cam or I need to physically unplug the power and press reset on the cam itself ? Tks !!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GadgetAssistant 0 Posted February 3, 2017 Hello. If those two cameras are stuck in night vision mode, using a a flashlight to shock them back into day mode may be a way to go. If that doesn't do it or if you have to do it repeatedly, it may be that the camera has a bad sensor. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
