backlight problem

Any reccommendation for a dome(preferably) camera that handles a backlight condition. This is at a main entrance to a hosiptal which has some very good placement for facial reconiton but we have the backlight problems for most of the day. I can go to a box type camera but this is a fairly low suspended ceiling and I would prefer to go to a dome.

Rick, your link doesn't work for me. I get prompted to install a Korean character set, which I am unable to do because I don't have the I386 directory where this information is stored on most peoples computers.

 

Is there another link? Anyone else having this issue?

man wide dynamic range cameras are freaking awsome. I dont know why they have not exploded on the market for you guys yet. I dont care how much they cost people will pay for that type of quality.
