How to Config Kodicom software can access by internet

I have a problem about Kodicom software. I already set everything

i use 1 video capture card For 8 Channel real time for the specification is

Display & Record rate 240fps (NTSC), 200fps(pal)

Compression format: Engine-K

Resolution :768*576,384*288,192*144

 

after i install software and set the route to by pass the port everything is ok if i view by lan, the frame is around 23fps .. it's acceptable for this

 

but when i use internet the frame rate is drop arond 0.5-3 fps

for my internet connection is ADSL Download 2.5MB/Upload 512Kb ... I live in thailand. that is the maximum speed for upload that i can get.

 

does anyknow how to make it smooth when use by internet.

Send me the serial number from your board and we'll support you. But it looks like you have a copy board.
