Lenel OnGuard 7.2 Comms Server Issues - Truvision NVRS

Hi Guys,

 

I have a Lenel OnGuard 7.2 install.

 

Every so often, Alarm monitoring reports loss off communication to all 3 NVRs on site.

 

1 x TruVision TVN21

2 x TruVision TVN70

 

The site does have OTIS Compass integration which also suffered the same issue, which has been corrected by using a separate comms server just for the Linux OTIS servers. (x2)

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to progress this.

 

Lenel is dragging their heels with a resolution for us.
