TurbineDood1 0 Posted February 22, 2017 I'm running Verint EdgeVR200 Ver 15.5.0.3720 and my current storage is two WDC WD10EURX-63FH1Y0 (Rev: 01.01A01) drives set to RAID 1 I need more storage space so I added two additional WDC WD10EURS-630AB1 (Rev: 80.00A80) drives. My logs say "RAID is not associated with Drive 3 and Drive 4". How do I get these two additional Drives configured to run under RAID 1? I don't see any options for this in Vid Center. ccsystems 0 Posted November 28, 2017 you will want to make sure the DVR’s firmware is up to date. Also, you will want to run the 4-3-3 4-3-3 command (reboot the DVR, when you hear the 4 beeps, hit 4-3-3, 4-3-3. DVR will shut down. Start it back up) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
