adamb 0 Posted March 6, 2017 Hi all, I've recently bought a Sannce AHD system with 4 cameras and have managed to get it up and running. I know you get what you pay for but I was on a tight budget and decided this would do for the time being. I am using the XMeye app on my iphone to remotely connect to the cameras. This is no problem in 'HD' mode when I am connected to a wireless connection whether it be at home or away from home. However when I am connected via 3G or 4G and attempt to choose the 'HD' option I receive the following message: error warning forwarding mode does not support HD video. I have contacted Sannce and they have suggested this is an issue with my router/ISP. I have not changed any settings in the router and have simply connected to the DVR through the XMeye via the serial number of the DVR. Any ideas?
