Reset Password on dvr AHD6016T-LM board please i need help

I have DVR Model AHD6016T-LM this have a board model AHB7016T-LM-V2 . The client lost admin password. THere are only one user. Try Super password on android but in xiongmai option cannot change Year only show 2016 , Try To access with telnet but say connection refused. Try with multiple super password on internet without success. Please I need help for reset admin password.
