Misfits00 0 Posted March 13, 2017 HI All, Wondering if someone can help. I inherited IT functions for my site, so trying to play catch up. I need to view video online for our security cameras. The model we have is the GE Interlogix Calibut Triplex 16-CT. I have navigated to the correct IP address and logged into the main screen. When I select "WaveBrowser" the page loads, except there is a purple box where video would be. The screen looks slightly different from the manual; there are 2 boxes on the left for the IP address instead of just the one in the manual. I've tried logging the IP address into both and either or box and clicking connect but nothing happens. The WaveBrowser version that opens is 1.6. The organization does not have a service plan on this system any longer, so I don't necessarily have a resource to call. The previous IT associate said he was able to access this remotely, but that was over a year ago. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could try to correct this issue?
