Rotate Mode disabled on hikvision dome

I have a DS-2CD2142FWD-I with firmware version 5.4.4. I'm trying to use Rotate Mode (http://www.hikvision.com/us/Press-Release-details_90_i3161.html) butI don't have the option to turn it on. Any ideas?
