hi..i trying to config my PTZ, i access the camera osd menu then accidentally click enter for change from HD to SD, now i cannot control my PTZ and in PTZ menu on dvr control mode has became serial where original setting is HDCVI, and i cannot change this setting..how to resolve this issue?

Were you controlling the camera via Coax?

Try connecting the PTZ dome to the DVR using the RS485 connection

Hi got similar problem on my Dahua camera cannot change the Control in the ptz settings so no motor zoom or camera menu, driving me nuts.
