Help! Rare Image problems

Hi, i have 4 cameras, Saint Google cant help me, only 1 is working, i dont know whats the problem. The cameras are connected via ethernet ( 2 pairs to dvr, 2 pairs to power supply ) . Any help suggestion?

Have you already swapped the working cam to the other channels to eliminate the dvr issues? And tested your cables?

I dont really understand your connection explaination. When you say " via ethernet " are you saying they are networked or are they just using cat 5/6 cable ??
