smokingjoe 0 Posted April 2, 2017 Hi all I have a G4-4K8P NVR made by Dahua. I was playing around with the resolution and my screen went blank. Show “Resolution Not Supported” on the screen. I cannot get it back up to change the resolution. If I remember right, several years ago I did the same thing and was able to set the recorder back to default settings using the buttons on the front panel. Does anyone know how to do this? smokingjoe 0 Posted April 3, 2017 Solved! I talked to tech support today and he had me log in remote and change my resolution settings back to 1080p. It was set to 4K and I only had a 1080p monitor. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
