ratutazop 0 Posted April 7, 2017 Hello everybody. I ask for help. I installed iVMS-4200 (v2.6.0.3): Storage server, Stream Media server and Client. Connected camera through the client. Recording from cameras goes, online viewing is also available. But the web service is not available. The only settings I found in: Device Management-Storage Server-Remote Configuration-Network-General-HTTP Port: 80 I checked 80 port through CMD "netstat -an", 80th port is not busy (tried change port). Firewall is disabled. But there is no service on the 80th port. Tried different computers, with different operating systems (Win 7x64, Win 2012R2, Win10x64). Tried versions iVMS-4200(v2.5.1.7), iVMS-4200(v2.5.1.50). The result is one - there is no web service. What am I doing wrong? Many thanks for any answer! FrankNicklin 0 Posted April 24, 2017 Are you trying to access your web service from outside your network, if so you will need to forward port 80 from your router to your web server.
