juliecameron 0 Posted April 8, 2017 Hi Everyone, I have joined this forum to help me reinstall my gDMSS lite for my shop. I have had the system since August However we had a problem with our Virgin Media Router & It had to be replaced , Since then the system will not allow me to view the cctv ( Live Preview) remotely. captainvideo 0 Posted April 11, 2017 Most likely problem is the ports in your new router are not forwarded to your dvr's ip address .if you had your system professionally installed ,call them .they may be able to forward your ports remotely or stop by to do so .if you forwarded the ports ,then you already know what to do .
