Anyway to build a setup close to this?

Hi everyone, I'm in the market for a nice amcrest kit for my home. My budget is $500. I really would like a setup like this:

Really prefer the 2.1mp cameras because of the 30 fps, and 1080p, but at $589.99 + tax, well above my budget.

 

Is there anyway i could a la carte, or build this setup a for around $500? If that means getting 6-7 cameras (4 dome, 2-3 bullet), that would work for me.

Personally, I'd save up more money and get an IP system.

What kind would you reccomend? I would like 3 outside, and 3 inside my home to be honest.

 

Is the amcrest product above better than the lorex one above?
