Dahua DVR camera resolution - users' authority

Hello,

I’ve a dahua DVR (DHI-HCVR4104HE-S2) in our building,

I’m the admin of it, and I wanted to let 2 users to be able to watch the cameras (just watching, via mobile or desktop)

So I’ve added two users with these authorities as below:

 

But the problem is that these two users are still able to change the cameras’ resolution.

So, what can I do to disallow them from changing cameras’ resolution/encoding ?

No, they can't. They can change what resolution they are watching on their device (mobile, desktop, whatever). But that is actually NOT affecting the recording resolution on the HCVR, they are probably just switching from main stream to sub stream.
