What is a good replacement for a Sony SNC-Z20N

I am looking for a replacement for the above mentioned camera. We have one that has gone out and i need one as close to the same size and shape this is. I have been looking for this type, but almost everywhere is out and those that have it, want too much.

Preferable Sony so the transition with our software is easy.

So that's an IP camera but its only 470 resolution? Not sure if its possible with your DVR, but you might want to consider upgrading the better cameras as old ones die out.

I was looking at a Sony SNC-CH240 as a replacement. Any comments or suggestions?

Seems like a nice camera, but for $1200 it better be. I cant imagine spending that much on an indoor, non-ptz camera. Maybe someone else can comment on what makes it so expensive.
