Dahua VTO 2000A Headache!

Hello,

 

I'm Theodore first post nice to meet you all!

 

I have 2 Dahua VTO2000A (ip doorphones) in site A and want to manage them remotely with smart pss software in site B

 

I've port forwarded port 37777, 37778, and the rtsp for device A

 

I've cross port forwarded port 37780 external to 37777 internal for device B , 37781 to 37778 and the rtsp different from A,

 

I've port scanned, the entire router and the 2 VTO's , I've even wiresharked traffic between PC with Smart PSS and VTO in LAN,

 

But still:

 

1) I fail to have both the devices appear online in remote SMART PSS.. I have a suspicion that it has to do with port 5000 but there's no documentation to prove me right, nor will it do me actually any good if I am, since it's a non configurable port

 

2) P2P wont work on Smart PSS v1.16.1 , only on Mobile app

 

3) Since never both the VDOs but always only one appears online, when I'm playing with it, I noticed I can listen to the audio there but cannot transmit shout from SMART PSS..

 

 

Please I'm driving my self nuts... Any advices???
