jbard 0 Posted April 25, 2017 folks i purchased 2 hikvision 4.0mp cameras from ebay and they arrived the other day, it has been nothing but a nightmare i have not had aly luck with the hikvision tools to register/ activate the cameras or reset the password the ebay seller said 123456789abc was the pw that dosent work hikvision usa was NO help the ebay seller was no help the serial numbers are as follows DS-2CD3345-I20170118AAWR707375090 DS-2CD3345-I20170118AAWR707375066 the time code from software tool says 1970 01/01 any guideance would be appreciated i have been banging my head into the wall for a few days now i have tryied the different sw tools different PW combinations with no luck thanks in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
