GadgetAssistant 0 Posted April 28, 2017 Hello. It would be a good start if the switch is assigning an IP address to the computer and to the DVR.

GadgetAssistant 0 Posted April 30, 2017 According to the Smart Viewer Software manual (http://security.hanwhatechwin.com/_inc/download.asp?idx=44648&fde=5174255232960326ae8542bb01d0436f8dd65e42828470f5dd6bda81f0dfe6cc) it would appear that you would need to use the DVR's IP address to create a device that allows you to remotely view the cameras when you click on Live. tomcctv 190 Posted May 3, 2017 anyone can help me .... Hi. If a ipolis window came up in browser......... How old is your dvr ?
tomcctv 190 Posted May 3, 2017 Hi. The SVR1645 is from 2009. Even Samsung does not support it anymore. The direct ip login will also not work for you as it's not supported for the new windows. You would be better off buying a new recorder. Keep existing cameras
