XENET H 264 DVR STARTS ONLY AND GOES TO BLUESCREEN

Hi members !

I am a newbie here.

 

I am facing a problem right now.

 

One XENET H264 DVR starts on and then immediately goes to a blue screen. Neither any camera window appears nor ant OSD is there. the whole monitor looks a blue one.

Please help me out .... its very urgent...
